What is Suburb?

Suburb, or sub-urb.net, is a Hong Kong based website that sells trendy items. (International customers are welcome, too.) The website was created in July 2003 by 2 Hong Kong people when they were studying in the US.
 
What items are sold at Suburb? Are the items authentic?
We mainly sell clothes, sneakers and accessories of Supreme, Nike and Stussy, which are all purchased from the official shops in the United States or Japan. All items sold on this website are 100% authentic. Please note that we are not affiliated with Supreme, Nike and Stussy, so we have no control over their products and production quality. However, we guarantee that all products sold on our website are 100% authentic. If you have any doubts on us or our products' authenticity, please don't buy from us and purchase the products from somewhere that you trust to avoid any misunderstanding and conflicts. Please report to the Police and Customs Department for any fraud activities or fakes. Thank you.

Yes, all items sold on this website are brand new.
 
How can I order?
You may order the item by e-mail (order@sub-urb.net) or through our order form. What you need to do is to submit the name of the item you would like to purchase, your name, contact number and a valid e-mail address. All order are on first come, first serve basis. Once the order is submitted, it will be proceeded within 48 hours and you will receive our e-mail for confirmation. If you cannot receive the confirmation e-mail in 48 hours, please try to submit another order form.
 
What should I do after placing my order? How can I receive the item I have ordered?
You don't need to do anything but wait for our call. We will call you as soon as possible to arrange the time for face-to-face transaction.
 
Can I order from overseas? What should I do?
International customers are also welcome at Suburb. You, as a customer from a country outside Hong Kong, can order via e-mail (with your name, contact number, mailing address and e-mail address). Your order will be proceeded and you will receive our confirmation e-mail within 48 hours.
 
What payment methods can be used?
Hong Kong customers can pay in cash during face-to-face transaction. For international customers, we accept International Money Order and Paypal. If pay through Paypal, additional 3.5% service charge will be added in the order.
This is how the total amount is calculated:
(Total price + shipping fees) X 1.035 = the total amount paid through Paypal
 
If I choose to pay through Paypal, what can I do? (Applicable to international customers only)
First of all, you should notify us the payment method you are going to use. After receiving our confirmation e-mail, you may visit our website, www.sub-urb.net. On the front page of the site, there is a Paypal icon at the bottom of the right. Click the icon and follow the instructions. Once you finish the payment procedure, you will receive confirmation e-mail from Paypal. Your item will then be shipped as soon as your payment is verified.
 
How much is the shipping fee?

Currently, we ship the items to international customers by Hong Kong Post's Speed Post or Parcel Air Mail. It often takes about a week for the shipment.

Can I exchange, refund or return?
Sorry, we don't accept any exchange, refund and return. Customers, especially those located in Hong Kong, should make sure to check the item before purchase. All sales are final. We are not responsible for any damages or lost made after the transaction or during the shipment.
