Further to the recent comments on the Internet, newsgroup and on the guestbook of Sub-urb.net, which state that Sub-urb.net is selling fake A Bathing Ape items, Sub-urb.net now announces the followings:
1. All A Bathing Ape items sold at Sub-urb.net are 100% authentic. They were all directly purchased from the official A Bathing Ape stores in Japan (“Busy Work Shop” & “BAPEXCLUSIVE”) by Sub-urb.net' s owners. The original receipt and passport record (shown on the front page) are the evidence pf the purchase.
2. Including items of A Bathing Ape, all items sold at Sub-urb.net came from
the brands' original/official stores or official dealers. If customers have
any doubts on the authenticity of the items sold at Sub-urb.net, please feel
free to ask. We can also show the original receipt(s) upon request to prove
the products' authenticity.
3. Threats, harassment, slander, defamation and obscene messages are all prohibited
on the guestbook of Sub-urb.net. Sub-urb.net reserves all the rights to delete
or edit all related content(s), and it is possible for the webmaster to ban
those users from posting messages on the guestbook.
4. Sub-urb.net now seriously and strongly advises that user to stop the acts
of spreading those untrue statements, which would possibly harm the website'
s reputation. Sub-urb.net reserves all the rights for legal actions regarding
the related defamation acts.

1. 本網站售賣的A Bathing Ape產品乃百份百原裝真品，全部經由本網站的合伙人親身於日本A Bathing Ape專門店(“Busy Work Shop”及”BAPEXCLUSIVE”)直接購買，並有護照及該店舖收據以茲証明。(如附圖)
2. 所有於本網站售賣的物品均從各品牌的專門店或特約經銷商購入。如顧客對本網站售賣的貨品之真確性有任何懷疑，歡迎向本網站作出提問，並可要求本網站出示店舖收據以茲証明。
3. 本網站之留言版嚴禁任何人身攻擊、誹謗及淫穢言語。一經發現，本網站會對發放者作出警告，如警告無效，本網站有權更改或刪除有關之內容，並有權禁止發放者於本網站留言。
4. 本網站在此要求該名消息發放者立即停止發放一切損害本網站聲譽的虛假消息，否則，本網站保留追究之法律權利。
